I had an outstanding experience working with Lamar Dixon. Even though I was not able to get approved, Lamar went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, stayed in communication with me, and worked hard to explore every possible option to try to make it happen.His professionalism, honesty, and dedication really stood out. I never felt like just another customer because he genuinely cared about helping me. He then text me telling me that the car I was considering the car fax showed it had sever damage 2 times! I did not think to look at the car fax. I am thankful that Joey took the time too. I ended up purchasing a CX5 from Tradewinds! They were able to work with CapitalOne to lower my payments to where I was comfortable! I would recommend to family and friends!
